Hi everyone! Today’s post is a product review for Arnold’s Sandwich Thins. A huge thank you to Rena, of Arnold/Brownberry breads, for generously sending me these samples:
And another variety:
Taste: Delicious! (I took a bite before I snapped the picture! Couldn’t resist!)
Texture: Awesome! Nice and soft and chewy. I love, love, love the chew factor!
Size: Perfect for snacks (shown above) or sandwiches (shown below):
And there was one more variety I bought at the store:
Same review as above: Great taste, texture, perfect for sandwiches or snacks.
If you look at the ingredient list, the Arnold 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins do contain sucralose. I was actually really surprised to see sucralose listed there because I could not taste it at all when I was eating them, and I actually just ate some of them all by themselves, not as a sandwich or spread with jam. It was surprising because sometimes products that contain sucralose can have an artificial taste or weird aftertaste, and these did not.
I actually try not to eat products that contain sucralose, so I probably won’t be having this variety again. Please note: I’m not sure if the other varieties contain sucralose, since I didn’t snap a picture of their ingredients lists, so just be sure to double check at the supermarket if that is a concern for you.
Overall, I love, love, love the Arnold Sandwich Thins! Again, great taste, great texture, perfect size for snacks or sandwiches! If the other Sandwich Thin varieties do not contain sucralose, I will definitely eat those. However, if they do, then I’ll probably just go back to eating the Arnold Grains & More breads.
So Arnold breads, if you can remove the sucralose from the 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins (and the other varieties, if they contain sucralose, too), then I would love the Sandwich Thins even more!
Again, a huge thank you to Rena, of Arnold/Brownberry breads, for generously sending me these samples!
