Hello everyone! Hope you all had a great day! I feel like I haven’t done a food post in a while, so here you go!
Highlights from yesterday
The cookie was basically like a breakfast cookie. I mixed some oats with water and a mashed banana, then shaped them into cookies, and topped each cookie with about 1 tbsp or more? of peanut butter – I didn’t mean to add so much peanut butter, it was just hard not to get too much on the cookies, but next time I would be more careful to add just a little bit. I put the cookies in the fridge for a while, but after tasting one, decided to put the rest in the freezer so that the cookie would hold together better and the peanut butter would be more like icing. Since the ones I made this time have so much peanut butter, I just make sure to only eat one per day.
I also had a roll on the side, but just didn’t snap a picture of it.
Salad for Breakfast
Yes, I really did have this salad for breakfast (and also had some chicken on the side for some protein). I actually made the salad the other day but then didn’t feel like eating it after all, so it’s just been sitting in the fridge. I haven’t been eating too many veggies lately, so I guess my body was just craving them after being deprived of them for a while!
