2 Great Dinners

Hey guys!  Hope you all had a great weekend!  Here are dinner recaps for yesterday and today.

Saturday’s Dinner

A huge salad of lettuce and cucumber, with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.  I also had a tuna melt!  I’ve actually never had one before, but it was quite good!  It was one half of a toasted English muffin, topped with tuna fish and cheese, and then topped with the other half of the English muffin.   This dinner was so simple, but yummy!  And it took a while to eat since it was so filling!

Sunday’s Dinner

Chicken quesadilla with some sour cream, a little bit of salad, a bunch of tortilla chips and a little bit of salsa and guacamole.  It was all very good!

Talk to you tomorrow!
