A big plate of food

Hey everyone!  Here’s my midday eats.

When I made my lunch today, it seemed like the amount I would usually eat.  I put some rice topped with onions and gravy on my plate, along with some pork and broccoli, but kept them separate from each other.   Then I decided to cut up the pork and broccoli into smaller pieces and just add them on top off my rice, which made my plate look like it had a massive amount of food on it.

Brown rice, gravy, onion, pork, broccoli

Brown rice, gravy, onion, pork, broccoli

This took up my whole plate (the same size plate that I used for breakfast).  When all the food was on the plate separately (wish I had thought to take a picture of it so I could do a side by side comparison!), it didn’t look like nearly as much food as when I cut everything up and put them all together.

This meal was very filling.  I ate about 3/4 of it and will save the rest for tomorrow.

My snack before lunch was the rest of my toast from breakfast, plus a couple more pieces of cantaloupe, although I still have a couple more pieces left to eat.

My snack after lunch was a Baci dark chocolate!  Mmmm, so good!

Dinner will probably be a nice big salad, but we’ll see!

Bye for now!
