Hi everyone! Hope you had a wonderful Sunday! Here’s a recap of the eats from yesterday and today.
A generous serving of macaroni salad, and therefore no fruits or veggies, because I was trying to finish it up before it went bad.
To drink, I had a little bit of POM juice diluted with water (more on that later) and then a glass of water.
2nd (Mini) Dinner
A little bit of salad and tuna fish.
The oatmeal I wrote about in yesterday’s post, which was oatmeal with banana, cinnamon, POM juice, and peach ice cream.
Exercise: A brisk 20-30 minute walk outside because it was gorgeous out!
Same as yesterday’s brunch, but instead of macaroni salad, I had about 1/2 an apple and a piece of bread (just like the bread in the above dinner picture).
I also had some broccoli afterwards:
And to satisfy a slight chocolate craving I had a mini ice cream bar:

A homemade cheese quesadilla
And a very filling salad which contained
red wine vinegar
To drink, I had a little bit of milk.
Didn’t have anything because dinner was so filling.
Exercise: About 20-30 minutes of walking at a leisurely pace.
