Recaps

Hey guys!  Hope you all had a good night!  Sorry for the late post, but it’s here now!

Here’s a recap of yesterday’s lunch, snack, dinner, and dessert.

Lunch:

1/2 of a sweet potato, apple, tuna fish

1/2 of a sweet potato with cinnamon, apple, tuna fish

This was so good that I ate it in about five minutes flat!  Then a little bit later I had two slices of cheese pizza.  Should have just stuck to one slice, though, because it made me very full.

Dinner

I made something new, had a few bites to see how it tasted, but it didn’t turn out the way it was supposed to.  So instead of having that, I had some more tuna fish, plus a tiny bit of macaroni salad, and 2 crackers (only 2 because I wasn’t really craving them, I just wanted something crunchy to eat).

Dessert

I was disappointed with how dinner turned out so I had an ice cream cone even though I wasn’t really craving it.  I was a bit worried about having it since the inside of the ice cream cone was coated with chocolate.  Ever since I made my new goal of not having chocolate for another week, I haven’t had a craving for chocolate, just some nice, fresh, juicy, nutritious fruit!  Cool, huh?!  I was worried that if I ate this ice cream cone, I would start craving chocolate again (a little chocolate is okay, but I hadn’t been doing too well with eating chocolate in moderation, which is why I decided to stop eating chocolate for a while).  Anyway, it wasn’t really anything to worry about.  I had the ice cream cone, and the chocolate coating was pretty thin – just enough to taste, but not enough to make you crave a whole ton of chocolate!  Awesome!

I was still a little hungry after having the ice cream cone, so I had a banana (yum!) and a slice of cheese.  The cheese tasted extra delicious since I ate it very slowly to savor the flavor and make it last a long time so that I wouldn’t need any more (didn’t want to eat too much of it since I had already had two slices of cheese pizza in the afternoon).  After this, I felt satisfied but not stuffed.  Yay!

Okay, that’s it for now.

Have a good day!
