New Favorite Snack

I planned on eating the whole thing, but ended up eating only half of the omelette, and didn’t eat the toast either. I put the leftovers in the fridge so I could have them for breakfast today. Along with the rest of the omelette, I also had the cold leftover toast spread with a mashed very ripe banana, and some cinnamon on top.
It was awesome! I loved the difference in texture between the crisp toast and the mashed banana. It tasted nice and sweet from the ripe banana, which is great because there’s no need for added sugar. I think this is going to be my new favorite snack since it’s naturally sweet, nutritious, and so simple to make!
