Almost Didn’t Add the Croutons

I said ALMOST!  Because we all know that the best part of any salad isn’t the veggies or the fruit (and I love fruit!), really, it’s the croutons! 

But we didn’t want to ruin this gorgeous salad by throwing the croutons on!

  • Spinach
  • Blueberries
  • Grapes
  • Dried Cranberries

The croutons just didn’t really “go,” know what I mean?

If we added something like almonds to the salad (sadly, didn’t have any, boo!), then the croutons wouldn’t be so out of place.  In the end, though, you just gotta have your croutons.

Guess it didn’t look quite so bad afterall.

That is, until we added the cheese…

Yup, just cover up all that deliciousness, why don’t ya?! 

Shoulda just stuck with the croutons!  ;)
