Salad for Two

You won’t find any dainty salads here!  When making a salad for two, we like to pile on as many toppings as possible!

A closeup of all the salad fixings:

  • Lettuce (can barely see it under everything, haha!), cucumber, red bell pepper, carrots, tomatoes, snap peas, celery, cheese, croutons, and almonds

Plus, some olive oil and balsamic vinegar drizzled on top.

As always, I ate everything ‘cept for the celery, tomatoes, and carrots – I don’t mind any of them cooked, just don’t like them raw!  Yuck!

Favorite part of the salad – the croutons!  Ha!  :)

Have a great night, everyone!

Love giant salads like that – but I can’t do raw tomatoes. I love tomatoey things – including tomato soup, but raw one just made me gag a bit!

I used to hate raw tomatoes as a kid, and don’t mind them now, but I don’t love them. They do have a weird texture and flavor. Salad looks great to me!

Biz ~ I just recently started liking tomato soup! At first, thought it was too “tomatoey” (is that a word, lol!), but now I like it!

Jess ~ Me too! They are the best!

Valen ~ Thanks for stopping by! I don’t think I’m ever gonna like raw tomatoes! Hated them as a kid, hate them now! Wish I liked them, but oh well, there’s so many other yummy foods I can eat instead!

Erica ~ Thanks for stopping by, and for the sweet comment! It made my day!

Karina ~ Haha, thanks! And I agree, lol!
