Asian Pears or Apple Pears?
Crunchy like an apple, but juicy like a pear – Apple Pears are my favorite thing to eat right now! Actually, I’ve always called them Asian Pears, but apparently they are also called Apple Pears – hey, it fits the description, so why not?!
Anyway, check out this Asian Pear I ate the other day!
Now this was on a small sized dinner plate, and the Asian Pear was just gigantic!
And to give you a reference point, here it is in front of a 32 ounce container of yogurt.
Pretty much the same (if you compare it to the top of the container, or a little bigger if you compare it to the bottom of the container) width, or diameter, or whatever you want to call it!
And since it was so big, I only cut a fourth of it. Here are all the slices:
Look at how much room those Asian Pear slices take up!
I ate all of the slices! And then I ate the rest of the Asian Pear too! It was just so good! Asian Pears are so hydrating and refreshing! I just love them!
What do you call them? Asian Pears or Apple Pears?

yumm!! They are my fave, i think there’s also a variety called Korean pears, so good!

Oh you know what, that’s kind of funny because I think my mom had told me this one was a Korean pear! We got it from a different place than the ones I’ve been eating lately, which are labeled Apple Pears, but I still call them Asian Pears. Anyway, thanks for pointing that out to me!
