Spa-Themed Giveaway!

Hi guys!  Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!  I’ll post a recap tomorrow, because right now it’s giveaway time!  Yay!  So excited! 

 

Merideth and Brett, from 360 Public Relations, have kindly offered to let me host a spa-themed giveaway on my blog!  Thanks Merideth and Brett!

 

The spa-themed giveaway includes:

  • 4 coupons for free containers of Oikos organic Greek yogurt

  • a reusable Oikos tote bag

  • and the “Take- 5″ Anti-Stress spa kit, from Earth Therapeutics, which includes a loofah massage sponge, Anti-Stress massage soap, a body brush, Anti-Stress massage lotion and a soothing gel eye mask.

    Fantastic giveaway! My favorite way to relax/de-stress, would have to be to a) take a bubble bath with the lights off and candles lit, b) read a book, c) go for a walk, or d) do some yoga!!

    my favorite way to destress is truthfully to get a facial hahah but realistically i can destress by getting comfy on the couch in my sweats and either read a book or catch up on some old tv shows with hot tea!

    Yoga is most definitely my go to relaxation therapy. And I love to bake when I am stressed, it is really soothing for me.

    My quick and easy way to relax is to hop into a steamy, hot shower — it always does the trick, especially for those days where you can’t take the time to really partake in a relaxing activity outside of the house. Other than that, a manicure is probably one of my favorite ways to relax! The hand and wrist massage is worth it all on its own!

    I destress by taking a nice hot shower, putting on some comfy PJ’s and watching a good movie. Perfect way to take my mind off the day and hopefully I get in a little cuddle time with the bf. :)
